About Acclaim

Founded in 1983, Acclaim is one of Singapore’s largest home-grown risk and insurance broking firm dedicated to address the needs of enterprises efficiently. Owned and managed by Singaporean stakeholders, we have grown over the years to become a well-respected insurance broker both locally and regionally. The Acclaim Global Network extends over 140 countries, with over 200 offices, serving enterprises’ global needs with committed and qualified in-country teams.

As the only local insurance and reinsurance broker with complete specialisation, Acclaim is able to effectively service multinational clients across the region in industries with complex risks such as transport, agriculture and aquaculture.

With a new venture into Japan in 2014, Acclaim has also expanded its reach across Asia Pacific and access to new clients such as large Japanese banking groups and Japanese corporations across Asia.

Acclaim has serviced more than 2,000 satisfied enterprise clients with operations across multiple countries, with complex cross-border risks and insurance needs. These clients are located all over the globe, with many of them staying with Acclaim for more than 2 decades.

The Acclaim Global Network

Acclaim is pleased to be invited to join several established Global Networks as a member and/or shareholder. These networks are managed by full-time professionals responsible for the service standards and well-being of the network. The Corporate Officers of these networks serve to support the members/shareholders in the delivery of quality and consistent services to their global clients.

Each member/shareholder undergoes stringent regular reviews and are committed to support fellow members/shareholders. The Corporate Offices define and refine rules that govern all members/shareholders, engage and build rapport with global insurance markets, develop and maintain global tools and resources as well as establish global specialty practices to support members/shareholders and their clients.

Assurex Global founded in 1954 is the oldest independent brokers network with a premium thoughput on USD29 billion (Headquartered in the USA)

Brokerslink

Brokerslink is a global broking company founded in 2004, based in Switzerland, that owns and manages a worldwide network of independent insurance brokers, risk and beyond firms in 122 countries, with 25,000 professionals and US$30 billion in annual insurance premium.

GBN Worldwide

GBN Worldwide was established in October 2014, with members’ presence in more than 100 countries and total premium thoughput of USD6 billion. (Headquartered in the UK)

Many of our clients have benefited from our ability to leverage on global premium transactions (original: throughput), specialty resources, specialist network partners and tools.
