We look forward for suitable candidates to join our expanding team. The candidate should have experience servicing a portfolio of clients and is well-versed with general insurance.
The portfolio includes but not limited to:
- Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and negotiate with insurers on the most competitive package for new clients and renewal packages for existing clients.
- Keep track of assigned portfolios and follow through to ensure timely renewals and payments.
- Ensure proper documentation for all correspondences, policies and agreements signed off.
- Work closely with the Claims Division in managing clients’ insurance claims.
- Work closely with Admin team to ensure that billings are done accurately and policy documents are sent out to clients on a timely manner.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling General class of insurance.
